Save £33 on mellow, mature Spanish reds – now just £7.49 per bottle
Spain is renowned for its creamy, oak-aged reds and if you look beyond Rioja, there are some terrific bargains to be had. This collection includes four of our favourites for an incredible £7.49 per bottle – only while stocks last.
No. 1 bestselling Conde de Cron
Conde de Cron is our topselling wine with good reason. It’s made for us by Javier Murúa of Rioja’s Bodegas Muriel and offers a brimful of ripe cherries, strawberries and vanilla. A great value alternative to Rioja and unbeatable for the price.
8-year-old Crianza from a Rioja family
Marqués de Butrago Crianza is made by the Manzanos family, winemakers in Rioja since the 1800s. This Crianza comes from next-door Navarra, hence the attractive price. Look forward to soft autumnal fruit with layers of vanilla and spicy oak.
Smoky Tempranillo from Rioja masters
Selección de la Familia Bujanda comes to us courtesy of the Martinez Bujanda family, best-known for their prized Rioja. But they also own one of the leading estates in the much less expensive Castilla-La Mancha region. Smooth, mellow and rounded.
Silky smooth Reserva aged to perfection
Viña del Perdon Reserva from Navarra’s Bodegas de Sarria is a rich, luscious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Graciano. Aged in barrel for two years, smooth black fruit and spiced plum flavours are enhanced by luxurious creamy oak.
