Tasting note:A deep ruby colour with rust-red hints and aromas of spiced dark fruits. With two years in barrel, followed by extended ageing in bottle, it has softened beautifully, revealing ripe black fruits, earthy spice, leather and savoury complexity. Open and decant around two hours in advance to allow the full spectrum of flavours to unfurl.
