At their new, purpose-built eco-winery (they are 97% solar-powered and almost self-sufficient in water), they inherited a building with a charming rusty roof. A true RedHead. They name their one-off, small batch wines after it. These parcels of grapes come from exceptional grower-mates – they've developed a great network of them throughout the best regions.
