He also added a tiny dash of Clarksburg-grown Petite Sirah for extra oomph and colour intensity. Factor in the high quality of the 2020 harvest, and you’ll see: this is one can’t-miss Cabernet. Oodles of blackberry and black plum flavour, balanced by delicate notes of cinnamon stick (that's thanks to the oak). It's sure to be a dinner table hit – especially with juicy burger.
