Côtes de Provence AOP

We’re always on the lookout for new finds as the popularity of fine Provence rosé soars. This is a real gem – from a tiny, family-run vineyard where hand-harvesting is key to ensuring only the best grapes make it in. So citrus fresh and vibrant.

For many, Provence rosé is the ultimate pink. One elegant, mouthwatering sip is almost enough to transport you to the sunlit beach fronts of the French Riveria. Our latest find comes from winemaker Denis Fourmilliers, who looks after a tiny plot of vines at the edge of the village of Collobrières in the Var. Here, long days of Mediterranean sunshine and cooling sea breezes ripen his grapes to perfection. Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache, and a splash of Syrah, this rosé has expressive red summer fruits on the nose and palate followed by a long, elegant finish. Well balanced and refreshing, it is delicious served as an apéritif and as a partner for salads and our local Provençal dishes. An excellent new find from a talented winemaker.

"Felt like sipping sunshine on my first sip! I'm positive you'll enjoy it too" Jean-Marc Sauboua
