At the very heart of the Rhône Valley lies Grignan-Les-Adhémar. A region found within the southern Rhône, but that closely skirts the boarder of northern Rhône. This means reds from here boast qualities of both regions – a glassful of warm, Mediterranean ripened supple fruit married perfectly with a vibrant, lively freshness. The Aubert brothers have worked together at Domaines André Aubert Le Devoy since 1981, taking full advantage of their unique locale. They named their estate in honour of their father and work very hard to make him proud. This appellation is still relatively obscure, so is keenly priced. Enjoy the wonderful array of fresh dark berry fruits in this smooth textured red alongside a grilled steak or mushroom risotto.
