We've brought you the rich, ripe Stones & Bones red - a frequent Gold medal winner - but the white is an exciting new addition. Like the red, its grapes are grown in a landscape littered with ancient boulders and dinosaur fossils, hence its name. Crafted by the talented winemaker, Diogo Sepúlveda, who trained in Pomerol, then in Barossa with heirloom Shiraz vines, he's now revealing his skills with crisp, dry whites too. The 2020 is fresh and intense with aromas of freshly cut grass and asparagus, balanced by a burst of lightly tropical notes - ripe passion fruit, grapefruit and mango – thanks to the sunny climate. Well chilled, it provides ideal refreshment – a star on its own, at a party or with salads or creamy risotto.
