Terre di Chieti wines come from the Chieti province of Abruzzo in central Italy. A wide range of grapes are grown in the region, predominantly Sangiovese and Montepluciano in the reds and Pecorino and Chardonnay in the whites. The climate is heavily influenced by the Apennine mountain range and the Adriatic Ocean which keep the whites zippy and fresh. This refreshing white was made by Casal Thaulero, founded by a group of local wine growers in 1961Crafted from 100% Pecorino, a grape that we’re delighted to see is becoming increasingly fashionableUnoaked, the focus is on zippy, fresh fruits with a delicate florality and issure to be appreciated by Sauvignon Blanc fans. The cooling winds of the Alpinini and the coastal breezes of the Adriatic mean this refreshing white is layered with stone fruit charm and white floral hints. An excellent match for baked fish and creamy pasta dishes.

"A bright, floral and peachy white from the rolling hills of Abruzzo"
