The Ventoux vineyard is located at the foothill of the southern side of Mont Ventoux. Called the 'Giant of Provence' for good reason, this mountain dominates the landscape at 1,912 metres. Ventoux is one of the most exciting, up-and-coming areas of the Rhône owing to its distinctly cooler climate. It gives the wines a freshness and finesse which is especially noticeable in the region’s whites. This Ventoux Sud Blanc is an unoaked blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc. It has wonderful aromas of pears, almond and white flowers. Rich and rounded on the palate with a silky texture and crisp, lemon and lime finish, it’s perfect as an aperitif or when served with herb-roasted chicken, noodles or goat’s cheese and pear salad.
