Averys Cellars, starting Monday 9th September 2019 7.00pm to 9.00pm
For people looking to delve deeper into the world of wine, this course offers a detailed understanding of grape growing and wine making while focusing on all of the key growing regions in the world. Through tastings and the lessons you'll be able to assess wine accurately and confidently explain wine style and quality. Ideal for people in the wine trade and people with a keen interest
We'll be meeting every Monday night between 7 and 9pm for 4 months to learn more about the world of wine and all the amazing differences in style from grape to grape, country to country and wine making techniques. You'll get over 30 hours of teaching and we'll taste 6 wines on each lesson.
I believe the Avery’s Cellars ambience has a significant advantage over attending a similar course at a school or college “classroom-style” evening class. It’s very helpful to be in an environment where wine is being discussed and sold, and you get the additional opportunity to browse the cellars, and learn. Wilson Marshall
