Few aromas speak of an English summer quite like elderflower. Tom Warner has put them to good use with this aromatic gin. Crafted at his 200 year old Northamptonshire farm, he infused it with fresh blooms. Enjoy over ice or in a refreshing G and T.
Tasting notes
Beautifully balanced, smooth, a hint of sweetness and fragrant
Aroma
Delicate notes of elderflower and juniper
This wonderfully floral English gin has distinct elderflower overtones. It’s all about provenance for Warner's, who make all their award winning gins on their Northamptonshire farm. The beating heart of the operation is ‘Curiosity’, a gleaming copper Arnold Holstein still (it’s a tradition to give stills a name). The all important elderflower grows on the farm and is hand picked in the height of summer when it is at its most aromatic. Water for the gin is drawn from a spring 300 metres from the distillery. The square bottle makes this gin’s appearance as distinctive as its taste, and each one is individually numbered. Beautifully balanced, smooth, fragrant with a hint of sweetness – divine over ice or in a refreshing gin and tonic.
