Chile has gained a 5-Star reputation for producing both supple Bordeaux style reds and super bright, elegant whites. This is our latest find. A brilliantly fresh Chardonnay from a family winery founded in 1994, with extensive vineyards in Colchagua and Curicó. To fine tune their wines they employed Victor Baeza as winemaker. Using 30 years' experience, including stints at prestigious properties such as Château d’Aiguilhe in Bordeaux, and Montes in Chile, Napa and Argentina, he’s done an excellent job. Grapes for this white are taken from 20 year old vines, grown inland and high up, where the climate is cool. The ideal conditions to bring out those mouthwatering peach flavours, floral touches and lovely creamy notes. Chill down and enjoy!
