Averys Signature Prosecco NV

Prosecco is quintessentially Italian. Sophistication, style and sparkle exude from these fine bubbles, which have become the UK’s fizz of choice. Our name means a lot to us, so we only place it on wines we think shine just that bit brighter than the rest. This superb cuvée from the Anselmi family estate is certainly dazzling and is made exclusively for us. The winery boasts nearly a century of winemaking, combining experience and tradition with an eye on the future. Set up by Ettore Anselmi in 1928, they moved to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the 1950s, planting extensive vineyards. His son Luigi is now winemaker and has made this elegant fizz with a perfume of white blossom, citrus, pear and apricot. Chill down and sip! No excuse needed!
