A bold yet elegant red from the renowned Cave de Tain, a hugely well regarded co-op and one of the most important producers in the northern Rhône. Critic Jeb Dunnuck, describes it as "one of the finest co-ops in the world". They boast extensive vineyards across the finest appellations – no wonder they make superb, rich wines. Nobles Rives is from Hermitage, the most famous northern Rhône appellation, known for producing high-quality, long-lived reds. The best Syrah grapes have been handpicked, fermented and matured in French barriques to craft this powerful red with great complexity and a long finish. It's brimful of black fruits and tobacco spice and makes a perfect accompaniment to beef wellington, rich casserole or truffle dishes.

"Full bodied yet lifted in acidity, it finishes on elongated tones of smoke and cedar" Wine Enthusiast, 2021
