In light of recent developments regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have made the difficult decision to postpone events throughout March and April. Whilst we realise this may cause some disappointment, we hope you understand that we are putting the health and safety of Averys staff and customers first.

We believe it’s our responsibility to reduce the risk of spreading the disease by postponing or cancelling our event.

Once we are able to reschedule a date with a degree of certainty and in accordance with government guidelines, we will be in touch. Your tickets will automatically be valid for a rescheduled event, we will not re-sell until you have been in touch to confirm the course of action you wish to take. If you are happy to wait for further news on new dates, then you do not need to get in contact.

If however, you would like to receive a refund, please contact us on events@averys.com, including the date and title of the event you were scheduled to attend, the number of tickets you would like to refund and a phone number.

The refund can be issued via credit on to your account or refunded back onto the payment card that was used, we may need to get in touch to finalise the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your enquiry has been processed.
