This new release comes from Coonawarra, nestled in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. This region produces world-class wines due to its famous terra rossa soils. These red clay soils sit atop a bed of well-drained limestone providing perfect conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon to thrive. Intense aromas of dark blackcurrant and plum with layers of chocolate, eucalyptus, and violet. A glass to swirl and savour alongside a juicy steak or portobello mushroom burger. Open early and decant.
