The Story Behind the Bottle
Prosecco is quintessentially Italian. Sophistication, style and sparkle exude from these fine bubbles, which have become the UK’s fizz of choice. Our name means a lot to us, so we only place it on wines we think shine just that bit brighter than the rest. This superb cuvée from the Serena family estate is certainly dazzling! Made exclusively for us, the family run winery boast over 100 years in the trade. Lying at the heart of the Prosecco region, father and son Giorgio and Luca Serena orchestrate the successful and innovative business. With the help of the talented winemaker, Ermes Busetto, they have made an elegant fizz with a perfume of white blossom, citrus and apricot. A gentle mousse carries notes of pear, peach and ripe lemons.
