The Story Behind the Bottle
Averys Special Cuvée has been made for us by the superb Boizel Champagne house for more than 50 years. This exceptional family winery was established in 1834, and has since been passed down from generation to generation. Over the years, our own label blend has been selected by three different generations of the Avery family, but the house style has remained the same since the very first bottle. Offering the perfect balance of elegance, richness and freshness, we think this is the perfect fizz to pop open for a special occasion. With classic biscuit and brioche aromas, elegant citrus and intense orchard fruits and a luxurious stream of fine, persistent bubbles, the only thing to distinguish it from Grande Marque Champagne is its price.
