Today, winemaker Javier Murúa hand harvests the finest parcels from vineyards in the premium Val do Salnés district – the birthplace of Albariño. Here, moderate temperatures, sunny summer days, cooling Atlantic breezes and rich soils create the perfect growing conditions for grapes to thrive.
