The Story Behind the Bottle
Bodegas Attis is the mission of the two brothers Robustiano and Baldomero Farina. They were pioneers in bringing the wines of Rías Baixas to the world’s attention. They then fine-tuned their wines to showcase the differences between each vineyard, matching each grape to its best site. That takes precision winemaking. They are also great champions of the region’s rare native grapes like Espadeiro, Sousón, Pedral, Caino and Brancacello that feature solo in their fine reds. This wine, however, is pure Albariño from Atlantic-cooled vineyards and lees aged for roundness. With bright, citrusy and juicy peach aromas and a great zip of freshness, this white makes a delicious glass on its own and is also ace with seafood.
