Flavour Profile
After last year's record sell-out, we just had to bring this customer-favourite fizz back. Champagne Louis Dumont NV is crafted by the Rapeneau family, fourth-generation owners of the legendary G.H. Martel & Co. Champagne House. With over a century of expertise, they're masters at creating exceptional sparkling wine that combines tradition and quality.
For this ready-to-enjoy non-vintage cuvée, the finest parcels of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are sourced from across the region, particularly the Vallée de la Marne, known for its fruity Meunier and peachy Chardonnay, and the Côtes des Bars, celebrated for its full-flavoured, ripe Pinot Noir.
This Pinot-dominated blend brims with red fruit, refreshing citrus and classic brioche notes, all leading to a gloriously long, elegant finish with a beautiful sparkle. Stunning value for a gold-medal Champagne wine. Perfect for celebrations or simply enjoying on its own, and a wonderful match for canapés and lighter seafood dishes.
