Château Suau Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2020

The small region of Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux is one of Bordeaux’s lesser-known regions. It’s home to many historic estates that have been making wine for hundreds of years, like Château Suau.
Hidden behind a row of 100-year-old-oaks, the property was once the hunting lodge of the Duc d’Epernon, before being acquired in the 17th century by the Suau family of nearby Capian. Monique Bonnet purchased the château in 1986 and has brought with her a style of impeccable elegance.
This complex red wine is brimming with complex black fruit and cherry flavours with roasted vanilla and toasted oak nuances. A delicious partner for roast red meats, game and hearty stews.
