And thanks to our longstanding friendship, he gave us exclusive access to Conde de Cron Vino Tinto, initially made as the family’s own house wine.
It's pure Tempranillo from northeast Spain. Smooth and elegant, offering mouthfuls of crushed berries, cherry and vanilla, cedar and toasty spice – this red is always difficult to resist. It's even aged in barrel for 12 months, unheard of at this low price.
And thanks to its layers of flavour and great finish, it's guaranteed to impress on any dinner table. With such rich softness, it’s delicious enjoyed solo or with any meal, but particularly perfect with roast lamb.
