The Wine
Brother and sister winemaking duo Gilbert and Christine Felettig represent the third generation of their family to craft fine Burgundy. When their father inherited three hectares of vines back in 1965, he set about expanding his holdings slowly, a few rows at a time. And today, 60 years later, Gilbert and Christine are responsible for a total of 13 hectares – a mosaic of 100 tiny plots across Burgundy. The plots responsible for this rich white lie in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Organically raised, and tended and harvested by hand, the grapes receive a gentle pressing, before even gentler oak ageing. "A very impressive set of wines" said critic Neal Martin of the 2022s. Already drinking well, but ideal for cellaring too.
