RedHeads by name, GreenHeads by nature, this cellar was born in 2003 when Tony Laithwaite and a group of ambitious young visionaries turned a former restaurant into a winery like no other. The mission was simple: liberate fine grapes from the ‘big guys’, to empower hard-working, small-time growers, and give winemakers creative freedom. Over 18 years, RedHeads has achieved remarkable success, winning 8 Trophies, Golds galore and even more fans! They now have a cellar in the Barossa Valley, built from scratch, solar-powered with many green credentials. Esule Chardonnay is from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, cool fermented to be super crisp. Bright and fresh, with a creamy weight, Esule makes a tasty glass with chicken or seafood.
