Here Sauvignon Blanc excels thanks to ideal growing conditions – high altitude, proximity to the ocean and down-draught from nearby mountains. The result is elegant, crisp wines like this. What’s more, this limited release comes from a leading Elgin winery. Bursting with zesty citrus and tropical fruit, it’s joy in a glass.
