The Story Behind the Bottle

Few, however, know of their sister estate in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, where the same name creates remarkable wines for a fraction of the price. The fruit for this fine red was selected from 30 to 60 year old vines, so the grapes are exceptionally concentrated, producing deliciously intense wines. Throw in the exacting standards for which Lafite is renowned and little wonder this tastes so elegant.
