SASSY ciders are produced in Normandy, the heartland of French cider making, from over 20 varieties of apple. The recipe is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy – and this case gives you an aristocratic taste of their superb, organic range. Starting with the refreshing, sparkling Brut and the crisp, light rosé. There’s also a terrific Pear cider (or Perry as we know it in the UK) that’s just 2.5% alcohol and very easy-drinking, 4% Session cider.
