It’s crafted from a blend of 100% locally grown pears, hand-selected for freshness and natural sweetness. Naturally fermented and bottled in a striking 75cl format, it pours pale gold with a fine, persistent sparkle. The aroma is pure orchard elegance – ripe pear, white blossom and a hint of honey. On the palate, it’s delicately sweet yet perfectly balanced, with soft bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish. At just 4% ABV, it’s deliciously light – an ideal aperitif or partner for creamy cheeses, seafood or desserts.
