The Story Behind the Bottle
This beautiful Côtes de Provence estate was acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936 and totally replanted once the family had drawn breath after WW2. Such was the quality of the wines they were making that, in 1955, Château Minuty was one of only 23 estates awarded Cru Classé status. Minuty Prestige is their signature cuvée, made with grapes from vineyards close to the Saint-Tropez coast. A superb of Provence rosé, with delicately nuanced strawberry fruit, minerality and savoury spice length. One to savour.
