It’s just the sort of style Hervé and his friends like to enjoy at a bistro and wine-bar in southern France. Crisply fruity, with hints of green apple, guava and peach, it’s dangerously moreish. Chill down – it’s great for sipping solo or with an array of lighter dishes like seafood, salads or a noodle stir-fry.
