It’s handcrafted using the pick of the vintage – Grenache and Syrah, plus a little Mourvèdre and Vermentino. These are from the oldest vineyards, planted on the finest soils, where vines must dig deep for water. This rosé’s subtle berry fruit is complemented by creamy savoury hints, a lift of lavender and herbs with minerality. Such elegance and finesse, as you’d expect from a ‘tête de cuvée’ from this sun-blessed area. Superb with seafood pilaf.
