Flavour Profile
Santa Inés Single Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon is a luscious, ripe red from the De Martino family. Originally from Italy, they left their homeland for South America in 1934 and established a winery that, four generations later, ranks among Chile’s finest.
They favour sustainable practices in the vineyard and carefully match each grape to its ideal region – an approach that’s twice earned them the title of Chilean Winery of the Year. Cabernet Sauvignon excels in Chile’s Maipo region, where a mild Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils produce elegant wines with great structure.
Santa Inés is a brooding red wine made from hand-harvested grapes, traditionally fermented, then aged in French oak barrels for a year. Silky smooth and packed with intensely ripe, minty black fruits.
A classic with steak – but also brilliant with slow-cooked beef short ribs, roast lamb or a rich mushroom Wellington.
