Solivi Prosecco

Meet Solivi Prosecco – a vibrant and fruity Italian fizz from the Pederiva family’s vineyards in the Valdobbiadene area of the Prosecco Hills.
Founded in 1958 by Camillo Pederiva and Rosa Mattiola, Serre di Pederiva is a family-owned winery in Rive di Combai in the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene UNESCO World Heritage Site. The incredibly steep slopes and remote location of the area mean that the grapes are worked entirely by hand, heroically climbing along the precarious terraces to tend, harvest and transport the grapes.
When making this Prosecco, the team at Serre di Pederiva focus on preserving the freshness and purity of the grapes, resulting in an elegant and bright sparkling wine with juicy apple, pear and peach fruit. Perfect for celebrating special occasions with friends and family, you can also enjoy this Prosecco alongside cicchetti or paired with traditional Italian desserts like tiramisu.
