Sunday Bay Reserve is the premium version of this all-time customer favourite. It’s made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are particularly ripe and intensely flavoured, but still with that sassy underlying zip of crispness. You’ll find all that in this delicious white – ample passion fruit ripeness and a vivacious leafy freshness. If you’re a Marlborough aficionado, you will recognise the wine’s ‘leap from the glass’ gooseberry and cut-grass aromas and generous tropical fruit notes. It’s made by an award-winning family winery and one of the first to be established in Marlborough, 40-plus years ago. Chill the wine down and enjoy as a glass on its own or with seared salmon or a spicy prawn stir-fry. A dinner party wine par excellence!
