He has access to some of the very best vineyards in the Western Cape, a luxury which allowed him to conjure up this deliciously appetising Sauvignon Blanc. Intense tropical notes are lifted by a citrus zing thanks to specially selected parcels. These Atlantic-cooled sites ripen grapes to perfection under the bright Cape sun, whilst locking in freshness.
