Flavour Profile
Opening a bottle from one of the finest properties in Bordeaux is a pleasure few of us can afford. But L’Épiphanie de Saint-Estèphe gives you a rare opportunity to do so without breaking the bank.
We can’t tell you the famous château behind this exclusive cuvée but we can tell you it’s one of Saint-Estèphe’s revered Seconds Growths. The estate’s 2023 Grand Vin is widely considered the wine of the vintage and sold out completely on release – even though it was over £150 a bottle. So, to get our hands on this parcel is a real scoop.
L’Épiphanie is made by the same team, entirely from the château’s world-renowned vineyards and has the opulence typical of this powerhouse estate.
Decant in advance to awaken the full spectrum of aromas and flavours – lush dark fruit, violets, cherries and spice. This will also age beautifully, so be sure to keep a few bottles for future drinking.
