From a tiny plot, with vines averaging 60+ years old, right next door to Beaune 1er Cru vineyards, this is always a full-structured Pinot. There’s a delicious savoury character alongside the plush dark fruit and a long, refreshing saline finish.

The Wine
Domaine Joseph Voillot is a superb, sixth-generation family estate that is meticulous in producing wines which speak clearly of fruit and origin, while avoiding layers of showy new oak.
