Crisp and fruity, Beyond Belief is blended under the loving direction of Anton Swarts. As 100th Cape Wine Master, winemaker at the prestigious Spier Wine Farm, and recently crowned 'Top Taster' at the South African Wine Tasting Championship, Anton is no stranger to outstanding wines. And all that expertise can be tasted in every drop of this white. The combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Moscato grapes – picked from selected vineyards in the mountain foothills of the Breedekloof region – make for an aromatic, citrus-filled wine with grassy notes and bold passionfruit flavour. A South African take on a European style of a light and fruity, everyday drinking white, it pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, especially shellfish.
