The Wine
This is the latest edition to our Cleanskin range – top-notch wines from iconic cellars at great deal prices. It's from a 5-star winery address in the Limestone Coast, a region which encompasses big name areas such as Coonawarra and Padthaway. It's the limestone soils and cooling ocean breezes that make it so special. Our Buyer Dan was bowled over by this Sauvignon Blanc on first taste. There's not a dot of oak - all super fresh and limey, backed up by ripe tropical flavour. The ideal balance and easily served with its handy screwcap lid. A white to enjoy, chilled, on its own, but equally it's a star with creamy fish pie, tangy chicken kebabs or panfried salmon with a spicy salsa. Versatile and difficult to resist, chill down and enjoy.
