Just 15 hectares of some of the region’s finest terroir provide the grapes for Lyne Marchive’s deliciously mineral Chablis. Which means she can give every vine the closest possible care and attention. And boy, can you taste the difference it makes. As with all the most respected Chablis whites, Domaine des Malandes ferments its wines in stainless steel, maximising regional character and freshness. The famous Kimmeridgian soils of the region give this wine its lively, fresh minerality. Crisp, classic Chablis minerality, with twists of seashell among crunchy green apple and fresh, pure grapefruit. An absolute must with a seafood platter.
