Finally, there are no-and-low alcohol wines that are worth drinking! Meet Edenvale sparkling. It's from a winery that specialises in no or nearly zero alcohol wines. As you'd expect of proper Aussie sparkling, it's made from ripe Semillon grapes from South Eastern Australia. But then the magic happens: the alcohol is oh-so-gently removed via a spinning cone process. This ensures that a minimum of the aroma and fruit disappears, while leaving behind a fizz with plenty of zing. Think ripe apple and gentle tropical fruit flavour with a lemony crisp zip and a flurry of fine bubbles. Share a glass with guests and see if they realise it has less than 0.5% alcohol. Chilled, it's great for any occasion and works wonderfully with lighter dishes.
