Just east of Adelaide in the Mount Lofty Ranges of South Australia lies the prized Adelaide Hills. It's a narrow band of land, stretching 70km along the western shore line, with its highest vineyards lying at 650 metres. No wonder then, it enjoys a cooler climate! Its white wines are highly prized. Ocelli is a dazzling fresh white made from its second most popular grape variety - Chardonnay (Sauvignon is its most planted). Exceptional care in the cellar has ensured a wine with a terrific balance of ripe stone fruits - peach, apricot and a touch of guava – with the luscious creamy complexity of time in oak.
