Originally from Italy’s Abruzzi region, Domenico Scarpantoni emigrated to Australia in 1952 and, after experience at Thomas Hardy, set up Scarpantoni Wines. They've gone from strength to strength over the years – with over 300 medals and more than a dozen trophies in national wine shows so far. But, despite their success, the cellar is still very much a family business with every step of production done entirely on the premises. This is their Chardonnay. It's bright and crisp, allowing the tropical fruit and classic peach flavours to shine. An excellent food wine, it matches well with just about any dish you might match a dry white wine to, but we don't think you can beat fresh white seafood dishes with plenty of squid, prawns and crab.

"Another Scarpantoni classic! A bright, fruit filled Chardie that overdelivers on flavour and quality" Dan Parrott
