Phil and Chris selected parcels from extremely low-yielding estate vineyards to give this the intense aromatics and fruit concentration that Marlborough is renowned for. Citrus fruit aromas of lemon and lime mingle with typical Sauvignon aromas of gooseberry and freshly cut grass. With a crisp mineral freshness, this makes the perfect aperitif.
