In his new Aluado Branco he combines mostly native Fernão Pires for its light lemony notes and grapey aroma, with a portion of rare-for-Portugal Marsanne for creamy roundness and peach fruit, all sourced from vineyards close to the coast. Lovely as a glass on its own, or served with seafood, salmon or risotto.
