This is an exceptional sparkling wine from a small, Trophy-winning vineyard in Oxfordshire that has been winning awards since its maiden vintage. Made from the classic trio of grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, grown on a soil that proved to be the exact same chalk as Champagne and made by the same method (with the secondary fermentation in bottle), this exceptional sparkling wine will bowl you over.
