Champagne from small family estates offers superb quality and excellent value. We're delighted to champion the classic fizz of Cyril and Frédéric Gyéjacquot, whose father Michel founded the estate with his brother Daniel in 1970, building up their vineyards across seven villages.
The brothers nurture the three traditional varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, plus unusually, a little Pinot Blanc. This Brut cuvée comprises mostly Pinot Noir with a dash of Chardonnay, matured for a year on lees to add a biscuity complexity.
Expect a wealth of fresh peach, pear, floral and citrus flavours with fine, persistent bubbles. The perfect wine beverage to pop at your next celebration.
