The 2017 reveals delicate floral aromas, citrus, green apple, a touch of minerality and persistent bubbles that lead to a long finish. Pierre Gimonnet is a member of prestigious Champagne grower-producers known as Club Trésors, and this Champagne achieves their highest classification, Special Club, reserved for the best wines of the vintage.
