Taking on a naturally green hue during its production, Green Chartreuse is a sweet liqueur infused with the flavours of 130 plants, flowers, bark, roots and spices. Its takes several weeks of work by the monks at the distillery to achieve the complex herbal flavours – from grinding ingredients, steeping them, distilling the liquid and long ageing in barrel before bottling. Its unique character is ideal in cocktails, for sipping over ice or even adding a drop to the cooking, as it has been in centuries past.
